Responsibility
- Assist and support the host in real-time during live sessions, especially in boosting engagement and interaction.
- Evaluate host performance in terms of discipline, attitude, and compliance with SOP during the live session.
- Provide feedback to the host directly and/or to the Host PIC/Trainer.
- Report any complaints or issues that occur during live sessions.
- Be on standby during live sessions to ensure the host follows product knowledge guidelines and SOPs.
- Monitor live tools and respond quickly to any technical issues during the session.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience in digital/live streaming, preferably from FMCG or beauty industry.
- Strong interpretation skills.
- Good communication & project management ability.
- Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, and other social commerce platforms.
- Experience in content production, scriptwriting, or hosting.
