you will
- Overseeing the
- end-to-end execution
- of live streaming sessions from preparation and coordination to post-event reporting
- Maintains quality and consistency aligned with the brand’s production standards
- Prepare necessary
- properties, sets, and product displays
- ahead of each session.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on performance data.
- Maintain and submit
- freelance payment recaps
- for hosts and operators accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum
- 1-2 years of experience
- in
- leading live streaming production
- or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with experience managing teams.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and dashboards (e.g., TikTok, Shopee Live).
- Skilled in managing teams and coordinating multiple live sessions simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or campaign nights.
