LOGISTIC INTERN

Job Description

• Support daily logistics operations by handling customer servicing cases
• Managing lost shipment claims with logistics partners
• performing invoice reconciliation to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
• coordinate with warehouse technicians and internal teams to ensure service requests and logistics processes run smoothly

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or final-year university students with a strong interest in logistics or supply chain are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail, especially in handling operational data and invoice reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, warehouse technicians, and logistics partners.
• Basic understanding of logistics operations, fulfillment processes, or inventory management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and support daily operational activities.
