• Loss Adjuster Civil Engineering
• Conduct comprehensive investigations of civil engineering and structural damage claims at site locations
• Document findings through photographs, measurements, sketches, and detailed written reports
• Analyse evidence to determine the cause of loss and establish liability in accordance with policy terms
• Prepare detailed and professional loss adjustment reports with accurate cost assessments and recommendations
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, construction, or structural inspection
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and structural engineering
• Proven experience in conducting damage assessments, site investigations, or structural inspections
• Proficiency in using inspection tools, measuring instruments, and technical documentation systems
• Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Professional certifications in loss adjusting or civil engineering are highly desirable
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various job sites across the region
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to professional ethics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously
