Kualifikasi

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in designing instructional materials and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an on-site setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Preferred: Certification in training or experience with data analytics for training evaluation.
