Maintenance Electrician

Job Scope

• Ability to perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines, equipment, and electrical systems to ensure stable operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including control panels, motors, sensors, PLC systems, inverters, and industrial electrical components.
• Ability to conduct preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and inspection activities according to maintenance schedules and standards.
• Capability to analyze electrical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Knowledge of machine installation, electrical wiring, commissioning, and equipment improvement projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Understanding of industrial safety standards, electrical safety procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with production teams and external technicians/vendors during equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Ability to maintain maintenance records, prepare reports, and monitor equipment performance.
• Good teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work under operational pressure in a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experienced in electrical maintenance, preferably in automotive or excavator/heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, control panels, motors, sensors, inverters, and industrial electrical systems.
• Experienced in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, machine installation, and equipment commissioning.
• Able to read electrical drawings and perform electrical repair activities.
• Good problem-solving skills, teamwork, and safety awareness.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Willing to work in Karawang.
