Requirements

Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent; Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related field is preferred

At least 1 year of relevant experience in Maintenance, Engineering, Pool, Garden, or Property Maintenance within the hospitality, villa, hotel, or property industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), water pumps, generators, swimming pool filtration systems, water treatment, and general building maintenance.

Experienced in maintaining swimming pools, including water quality testing, chemical balancing, equipment inspection, and routine cleaning.

Skilled in gardening and landscaping, including maintaining lawns, tropical plants, trees, irrigation systems, and outdoor areas to ensure a clean and attractive environment.

• Able to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.
• Able to identify maintenance issues, prioritize tasks, and respond promptly to operational and guest requests.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Willing to work 6 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.
