We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled PE / Maintenance & Utility Staff member to handle machinery maintenance, electrical systems, and factory utilities to ensure reliable equipment performance and smooth manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Age min 25 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, machinery maintenance, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiar with factory utilities such as WWTP, HVAC, compressors, and plumbing systems.
- Able to read technical drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work in Karawang.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, electrical systems, and factory facilities.
- Monitor and maintain factory utilities, including electrical installations, WWTP, HVAC, air compressors, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and utility-related problems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and repair documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams and external vendors to ensure reliable equipment and utility operations.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and comply with company safety procedures.
