MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)

Management Development Program (MDP) is a development program aimed at prospective employees from fresh graduates recruitment, who will be comprehensively educated, specifically in the business area. This development program provides career acceleration opportunities for university graduates who are selected to join our program. Through this development program, we aim to create competent and potential individuals as our future leaders, who will jointly grow the business line of PT Uniair Indotama Cargo (UIC Group). Through this development program, each participant will be given the opportunity to learn new things within the scope of the logistics industry specifically in the field of International Forwarding, and understand the provisions, regulations, and export-import business processes of shipping goods by applying compliance principles and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelors / Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (TI), and Information System (SI), or Transportation Management, Logistics Management, Chinese Literature from reputable university.

• Minimum GPA 3,50.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply with max. 2 year work experience.
• Strong knowledge in computer software/website programmer.
• Have knowledge related to the logistics industry, especially export-import.
• Proficient in Ms. Office.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
• Good Leadership and Communication skills.
• Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking.
• Willing to be placed in UIC Group throughout Indonesia (Batam, Semarang, Jakarta, Tangerang, Marunda).
