The STAR Development Program
is a training program designed by the company to develop future leaders. This program is intended for fresh graduates or new employees with high potential.
Objectives of the program
- Prepare candidates for managerial or leadership positions in the future.
- Provide an in-depth understanding of the company's business.
- Develop technical and leadership skills while helping trainees gain exposure to various departments through job rotations.
Qualifications
- Full-time.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any major.
- Strong Leadership and Teamwork
- Strong knowledge of the service industry.
- Excellent proficiency in English (active and fluent), both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in leadership roles within organizations.
- Willing to commit to a 1-year service bond.
- Willing to be placed in all branches, both in Indonesia and possibly also abroad.
- Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Able to take initiative, work independently, be highly self-motivated, work creatively, and pay attention to detail.
- Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining integrity.
