Manager Finance

About the role

You will lead the entire financial ecosystem of the resort area—from daily operational cash flow management (tickets, accommodation, F&B, and attractions), financial reporting (End-to-End), budget planning (RAB), tax compliance, to supervision of the cashier and accounting team. This position is suitable for those who want to develop in the tourism & hospitality industry with a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead and oversee all financial and accounting functions of the company, including cash, receivables and payables, and daily transaction recording.

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and cash flow projections.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the Board of Directors.
• Manage company tax obligations (planning, reporting, and compliance).
• Ensure fulfillment of financial obligations to relevant institutions, including PNBP and business licensing fees.
• Build and implement internal controls, including oversight of stock opname, cashier, and operational cash management.

Analyze revenue and cost performance of each business unit (accommodation, tickets, canteen/F&B, tourism activities) and provide efficiency recommendations.

• Evaluate financial feasibility of development projects and partnerships with partners (sponsorship, revenue sharing, and others).
• Guide and evaluate the finance team.
• About you
• Minimum S1 education in Accounting/Finance/Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisor/manager position.
• Proficient in financial reporting preparation, budgeting, and Indonesian taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experienced with accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high integrity.
• Able to lead a team and communicate well with the Board of Directors and across divisions.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
