Minimum bachelor’s degree in law from reputable university

Responsible for managing all corporate and operational licenses and permits required for the company's plantation operations, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Licenses & Permits Management
: Strategize, manage, and accelerate the process of obtaining all necessary licenses and permits for oil palm plantation development and operations (e.g., Location Permits, Plantation Business Licenses (IUP), Environmental Permits, Land Cultivation Rights (HGU), Building Rights (HGB), and Forest Release Permits, Spatial planning conformity)
Build, nurture, and maintain highly effective, professional relationships with local, regional, and national government officials, ministries, and regulatory bodies. Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for the company during government audits, inspections, and public consultations.
Compliance & Risk Managemen
t: Monitor evolving agrarian, environmental, and plantation laws to ensure company practices remain fully compliant. Conduct regular regulatory risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
