Manager Regulatory Compliance & Data Governance

Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of regulatory compliance and data governance programs across the Company.

Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, and translate them into internal policies, procedures, controls, and implementation plans.

Coordinate regulatory compliance assessments, identify compliance gaps and risks, and monitor the completion of corrective and preventive actions by relevant units.

Develop and implement the Company’s data governance framework, including data ownership, data classification, data quality, metadata, access, retention, usage, protection, and lifecycle management.

Ensure the Company’s collection, processing, storage, sharing, and disposal of data comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, contractual requirements, and data protection principles.

Conduct compliance and data governance communication, awareness, consultation, and training programs for employees and relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and present regulatory compliance and data governance reports, including key risks, incidents, implementation progress, and recommendations for Management.

Lead and develop the Regulatory Compliance & Data Governance team and collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and business units to ensure effective implementation.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Law, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or other related fields.

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Compliance, Data Governance, Data Protection, Risk Management, Corporate Law, or other related fields.

• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Preferably has experience in implementing Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Protection, or Enterprise Data Management initiatives.

Possesses a strong understanding of regulatory compliance principles, regulatory monitoring, compliance risk assessment, and internal control mechanisms.

Has a good understanding of Data Governance principles, including data ownership, data stewardship, data quality, metadata, data classification, access management, data retention, and data lifecycle management.

Demonstrates strong technical capabilities in Regulatory Compliance Management, Regulatory Monitoring & Impact Analysis, Compliance Risk Assessment, Data Governance Management, Data Quality & Metadata Management, Policy & Procedure Development, and Compliance Monitoring & Reporting.

Demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, risk awareness, and change management capabilities.
