- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, communities, and relevant networks.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, events, and other potential channels.
- Expand and strengthen the sales network to support business growth and market penetration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a Sales Manager/Supervisor role.
- Experience in the TCM, healthcare, wellness, or clinic industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing sales teams.
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and monitor target achievement.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
