As part of its continued expansion in Indonesia, the organization is preparing to launch a new Mandarin Language Program for young learners. The company is seeking an experienced academic professional to lead curriculum localization, teacher development, and academic quality assurance while ensuring consistency with international academic standards.
Job Role
The Mandarin Curriculum Manager will lead the localization, adaptation, and implementation of the Mandarin curriculum for the organization's new language education program in Indonesia.
The role will work with curriculum materials provided by the regional headquarters and adapt them to suit the learning needs, cultural context, and educational environment of children in Indonesia while maintaining established international academic standards.
This position combines curriculum development, Mandarin language education, teacher training, academic quality assurance, and academic operations. The successful candidate will work closely with regional academic stakeholders and local operations teams to ensure the program is fully prepared for its planned launch in January 2027.
Develop age-appropriate worksheets, learning resources, interactive teaching materials, and classroom activities aligned with learning objectives.
Conduct curriculum research and recommend continuous improvements based on educational trends, child pedagogy, and second-language acquisition best practices.
Collaborate closely with regional academic stakeholders and local Operations teams to support the successful preparation and launch of the Mandarin program.
Candidates with strong Senior Mandarin Teacher experience and hands-on exposure to lesson planning, syllabus development, or curriculum adaptation are welcome.
Willingness to travel regularly to learning centers, including Kelapa Gading and Gading Serpong, for teacher training and classroom observations.
