Deskripsi pekerjaan Mandarin Speaker for Business Development PT. Legal Tekno Digital (Kontrak Hukum)
KontrakHukum, a legal-tech platform serving SMEs and companies across Indonesia, is looking for a Mandarin Speaker for Business Development to grow our Mandarin-speaking market (Chinese companies and the Chinese-Indonesian business community). This role is responsible for building new business relationships, expanding our client portfolio, and serving as a communication bridge between KontrakHukum and Mandarin-speaking clients/partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Mandarin-speaking market segment (Chinese companies operating in or expanding into Indonesia).
- Conduct prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-up with prospective clients/partners in Mandarin as well as Indonesian/English.
- Act as translator/liaison during business meetings, negotiations, and presentations with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Prepare business proposals, presentation materials, and offer documents tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners (law firms, business associations, chambers of commerce, etc.).
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to align client acquisition strategy.
- Conduct market research on business trends and regulations relevant to Mandarin-speaking clients in Indonesia.
- Report on sales pipeline progress and target achievement to management on a regular basis.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, or business forums relevant to the Chinese/Mandarin-speaking business community.
Requirements
- Business fluent or native-level proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- HSK Level 2 or 3 certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Mandarin Translator.
- Strong command of Mandarin, English and Indonesian for internal communication and reporting.
