Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth outlet performance.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking management.
- Monitor cleanliness, food quality, and service standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and ensure SOP compliance.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (speaking is required).
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work
- 6 days a week with 1 day off (6:1 schedule).
