. This role is critical to our operations, as it bridges communication between our international suppliers, and clients who conduct business in Mandarin. You will serve as link in facilitating seamless business transactions, negotiations, and relationship management. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic business environment where your language skills directly contribute to the company's growth and international expansion.

• Key responsibilities
• Facilitate communication between PT Number One Kitchen Equipment and Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners
• Provide accurate and professional translation and interpretation services for business meetings, negotiations, and correspondence
• Prepare translated documents, contracts, and communications whilst maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Assist in coordinating international business activities and transactions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Support the executive team in managing relationships with Mandarin-speaking markets and partners
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business communications
• Liaise between departments to ensure clear communication and understanding of international business requirements
• Assist with administrative tasks related to international business operations and correspondence
• What we're looking for
• Fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) with native or near-native level capability
• Strong command of professional English or Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in translation, interpretation, or international business communication roles
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling complex business documents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced business environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment industry or B2B business operations is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business software applications
