About the role
We are seeking a talented Mandarin Speaking Staff for Marketing Skyhub to join our marketing and communications team on a full-time basis in Denpasar, Bali. This is a key position within our marketing operations, where you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies targeted at Mandarin-speaking markets. Your fluency in Mandarin combined with marketing expertise will be instrumental in expanding our reach and strengthening our presence in Chinese-speaking regions. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with international marketing initiatives whilst being based in our Bali office.
- Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies specifically targeted at Mandarin-speaking audiences
- Create engaging marketing content in Mandarin, including social media posts, promotional materials, and communications
- Manage and monitor Skyhub marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality content delivery
- Liaise with international clients and partners who speak Mandarin, providing support and building relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis within Mandarin-speaking regions to identify opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive campaigns across all platforms
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness
- Support the development of promotional materials and marketing collateral tailored to Mandarin-speaking markets
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support in Mandarin as needed
- What we're looking for
- Fluent Mandarin language skills, both written and spoken, with professional proficiency
- Proven experience in marketing communications, marketing campaigns, or related marketing roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, and online promotional channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging marketing content
- Experience working with international clients or in multicultural environments
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results
