- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (HSK certification is an advantage).
- Previous teaching experience with children or teenagers is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about teaching.
- Able to prepare interactive lesson plans and learning activities.
