Job Description
- Monitor and control voyages, providing real-time advice to Masters to optimize safety and efficiency.
- Conduct vessel inspections and audits to maintain high operational and safety standards.
Assist in the investigation and reporting of marine incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Implement and oversee weather routing strategies to mitigate risks and enhance voyage performance.
- Ensure vessels comply with all local and international maritime regulations, including safety standards and environmental protocols.

- Provide guidance to vessel Masters to ensure adherence to company policies and international maritime regulations.
Requirement
- MUST HAVE DPA (Designated Person Ashore) Certificate
- Minimum ANT / Deck Officer Class II or equivalent
- Have experience as DPA
- Have experience in Sailing with last position as MASTER
Other Key Roles
- Proficient in English communication.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide vessel Masters and coordinate with operational teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to handling challenges and emergencies.
- Proficient in voyage planning, risk assessment, and report generation.
- Willing to be based in Balikpapan (East Kalimantan)
