About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to help build TOTM's brand voice and presence across public announcements, PR, thought leadership, and B2B marketing collateral. This role sits at the intersection of content, communications, and project execution — working closely with business, sales, and design teams to bring marketing initiatives to life. • Key Responsibilities
• Content & Communications
• Write and edit content for public announcements, press releases, thought leadership articles, and social media
• Lead corporate communications efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand tone across channels
• Marketing Project Execution
• Own multiple marketing projects end-to-end, from planning through execution
• Develop B2B marketing collateral, including social content and campaign materials
• Plan and run events and webinars, coordinating logistics and stakeholder input
• Cross-Functional Partnership
• Partner with cross-functional teams — business, sales, and design — to align marketing output with broader company goals
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven content writing experience across public announcements, PR releases, thought leadership, and social media
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments, including business, sales, finance, and design functions
