• Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing & Content Intern to support our digital marketing, social media, content creation, and event marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, short-form video, graphic design, AI-assisted content creation, and emerging digital trends.

• Key Responsibilities
• Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Assist in planning and managing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions and brand activities.
• Prepare captions, social media posts and digital marketing materials.
• Maintain the social media content calendar and monitor current digital trends.
• AI-Assisted Content Creation
• Use AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, scripts, captions, presentations, images and videos.
• Explore generative AI tools for marketing, visual design and short-form video production.
• Use AI to support research, translation, brainstorming and content development.
• Keep up with emerging AI tools and recommend useful applications for marketing activities.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, quality and brand consistency before publication.
• Video & Content Production
• Plan, film and edit short-form videos, Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts.
• Support photography and videography for seminars, product activities, events and campaigns.
• Edit videos with subtitles, graphics, transitions and other creative elements.
• Create event highlight and recap content.
• Graphic Design
• Create social media artwork, website banners, posters, seminar materials and promotional visuals.
• Use Canva, Adobe applications and AI-powered design tools to develop creative content.
• Ensure that all materials are consistent with company branding guidelines.
• Website & Campaign Support
• Assist with updating website banners, seminar information, promotional campaigns and other digital content.
• Support product launches, seminars, roadshows and customer engagement activities.
• Help improve the visibility and presentation of key website and campaign content.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design, Business or a related field.

• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation and AI.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Canva AI or other generative AI tools is an advantage.
• Basic photography and videography skills are preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, organised and willing to learn.
