Cornerstone Global Consulting Group Pty Ltd is an Australian-based education, migration, and business consulting firm headquartered in Melbourne. We assist international students, professionals, and global enterprises in studying, migrating, and establishing their businesses in Australia. We are now expanding our operations in Indonesia.

About the Role

This is a Marketing & Business Development role supporting Cornerstone's growth in Indonesia's education and migration consulting market. You'll be the front line for building CGCG's presence among Indonesian students, professionals, and partners — researching and reaching out to potential referral sources, nurturing relationships with communities and partners, and turning those connections into qualified enquiries for our migration and education consulting services. Alongside this outreach, you'll also produce the marketing materials (posters, social content, event assets) needed to support campaigns and track enquiries through to handover — it's part relationship-building, part hands-on marketing execution, not a pure content-creator role.

• Roles & Responsibilities
• Research relevant Indonesian audiences, student and professional communities, events and potential referral partners.
• Conduct professional outreach, arrange introductory conversations and maintain complete partner follow-up records.

Create posters, social-media assets, captions, event materials and simple short-form videos, and deliver them through an agreed monthly campaign calendar.

Support webinars, seminars, consultation campaigns and community activities from promotion through follow-up.

Record the source, status and next action for marketing-generated enquiries and coordinate timely handover to the appropriate CGCG team member.

Monitor results, prepare a concise weekly report, update approved website or social content, and flag material that may be outdated or inaccurate.

• Consistent, timely and compliant delivery of approved work, together with initiative, learning and responsiveness to feedback.
• Development of relevant community, professional and referral relationships in Indonesia.
• Complete enquiry records, dependable follow-up, and growth in qualified enquiries and consultation bookings from assigned channels.

Qualifications

• Strong initiative and evidence that you can take work from an idea through to completion.
• A willingness to learn and the ability to work independently after receiving clear objectives and feedback.
• Practical Canva or Adobe ability, supported by a portfolio of clear, professional content.
• Strong written and spoken in workable professional English.
• Confidence approaching new people and developing professional relationships online and in person.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and confidence using shared calendars, spreadsheets and simple tracking systems.
• Sound judgement with confidential information and willingness to follow approval requirements.
• Experience working in education or visa/immigration services preferred.
• Additional Advantages

One to three years' experience in marketing coordination, community development, education services, professional services or digital marketing.

• Experience supporting partnerships, student communities, referral channels or events.
• Basic analytics, website or video editing, CRM experience, or familiarity with Indonesian audiences interested in Australia.

You will learn CGCG's services so you can market them responsibly, but you must not assess visa eligibility, recommend pathways, give personal migration advice, promise outcomes or publish unapproved technical claims.

• Monthly base salary of IDR 7.5–8.5 million, determined by demonstrated capability and experience.

A quarterly performance incentive may apply after the initial review period, together with applicable statutory benefits and company-approved work support.
