We are seeking a creative, passionate, and results-oriented Marketing Communication (MarComm) Staff to strengthen our school’s brand, engage our community, and support student recruitment initiatives.

• General Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a similar role.
• Experience in the education sector or school marketing promotion is highly preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with school stakeholders, corporate partners, media, and external organizations.

Proficient in marketing data analysis and preparing performance reports with measurable outcomes.

Creative and up to date with the latest digital marketing trends to produce engaging promotional content and improve social media engagement.

Proficient in graphic design and video editing using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro.

Experienced in planning, managing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads, including ROI analysis.

Able to work toward measurable targets related to branding, promotional campaigns, strategic collaborations, and New Student Admissions (PSB).

Demonstrates the ability to adapt to and support Catholic-based character development in education, while respecting the school’s vision, mission, and values.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to strengthen the school’s brand awareness and reputation.
• Create engaging and creative digital content for the school’s social media platforms, website, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the school’s official social media accounts and maintain consistent branding across all communication channels.

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to achieve targeted reach, engagement, lead generation, and student admissions.

• Analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including brochures, banners, videos, photography, and other digital or printed media.
• Capture and document school events through photography and videography for promotional and archival purposes.

Build and maintain partnerships with media, communities, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and other external stakeholders to enhance the school’s visibility.

Support promotional activities, education fairs, open houses, school visits, and student recruitment programs.

Collaborate closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure marketing communications accurately reflect the school’s programs and achievements.
