Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, KOL Management, Brand Marketing.
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Familiar with KOL management, marketing campaigns, social media, and partnership activities.
- Able to identify and expand the KOL database for potential collaboration proposals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute marketing communication campaigns, events, and brand collaborations.
- Identify and expand the KOL database for potential collaboration proposals.
- Manage collaborations with KOLs, Brand Ambassadors, and paid promotion partners, including outreach, coordination, and follow-up.
- Manage consignment partnerships and maintain good relationships with consignment partners.
- Develop and manage the Momzy Community to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
- Build and maintain media and affiliate partnerships to support brand exposure and visibility.
- Coordinate photoshoots, bazaars, events, and other marketing activities with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor campaign and partnership activities and prepare reports for evaluation and improvement.
