The position

We're looking for someone who knows how to create buzz, build communities, and turn brand launches into events people actually show up for and talk about.

If you're the type of person who's always plugged into what's happening around Jakarta, knows the right people to call, and loves bringing brands to life through creative activations and partnerships, this might be for you.

As our Marketing & Community Lead, you'll be responsible for

• Building and growing offline communities around our brands
• Creating excitement around new store openings and launches
• Developing partnerships with KOLs, creators, brands, and communities
• Planning and executing on-ground activations that drive real engagement and foot traffic
• Helping shape how our retail and F&B brands show up in culture

We're looking for someone who

• Has 2–5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, community building, events, or brand activations
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Has a strong network within Jakarta's lifestyle, F&B, sports, creative, or entertainment scene
• Has successfully launched brands, stores, campaigns, or venues before
• Can manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
