Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing end-to-end KOL and influencer collaborations, from initial research and curation to outreach and contract administration.
- Support the team in preparing content briefs aligned with the brand's identity and target audience.
- Maintain and update the creator database while fostering good daily communication with partners.
- Assist with research and initial outreach for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and community collaborations for offline events.
- Support cross-divisional coordination and assist with on-ground execution during offline event activations.
- Act as a supporting point of contract for external partners, venues, and communities during event planning and execution.
- Assist the core creative team during brainstorming sessions, content preparation, and digital asset production (TikTok, Reels, graphics).
- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks for the marketing and creative department to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL management, marketing, or partnerships (open to proactive fresh graduates with relevant internship experience).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to help build and maintain relationships with external parties (KOLs and community partners).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking between partnership logistics and creative production support.
- Adaptable with a solid understanding of current social media trends and content creation.
- Portfolio is required
