About the role
Srasi Coffee & Eatery is seeking an active, creative, and communicative individual to develop events, build collaborations, and increase traffic and revenue. The role involves identifying partnership opportunities with communities, brands, schools, companies, and organisations, and developing events that can be held at Srasi.
- Key responsibilities
- Actively seek collaboration opportunities with communities, brands, schools, companies, and organisations
- Search for and develop events that can be held at Srasi
- Contact potential partners and create collaboration proposals, sponsorship, or event packages
- Develop programs to increase traffic and revenue
- Coordinate events from planning stage to execution
- Maintain good relationships with communities and partners
- Evaluate event results based on number of participants, sales, costs, and customer feedback
- Work with marketing and operational teams
- About you
- Communicative, confident, and enjoy meeting new people
- Proactive in seeking opportunities and not just waiting for inquiries
- Creative in developing event ideas and collaborations
- Organised and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good negotiation skills
- Understanding of basic event budgeting and profitability
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
- Experience in event, partnership, community management, hospitality, marketing, or business development is a plus
