• Key responsibilities
• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for accessories garment products across multiple channels

Create compelling marketing content including product descriptions, advertising copy, and visual materials that resonate with target audiences

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights within the accessories garment sector
• Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and engage customers
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing messages align with product offerings and business goals
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing metrics, and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and potential distribution partners
• Identify and implement cost-effective marketing strategies that maximise return on investment
• Coordinate with advertising agencies and external marketing partners as needed to execute campaigns

• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion, garment, or accessories industry
• Strong knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media, email marketing, and analytics software
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions
• Experience with market research and consumer behaviour analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the garment accessories market and understanding of consumer preferences is highly desirable
• Experience with e-commerce marketing and online sales channels is preferred
