Marketing Head (Group of Propan)

Responsibility

• Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled in terms of product quantity and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Marketing Administration and PPIC teams in preparing production schedules and demand forecasts.
• Update freight costs, packaging prices, and other related costs for monthly pricing calculations and quotations.
• Ensure promotional costs are paid periodically and provide agents/customers with payment details.
• Evaluate Customer Satisfaction Survey results and assess subcontractors utilized by the Marketing department.
• Ensure all Marketing Unit activities comply with established SOP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Supervisor roles, with strong exposure to B2B sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Open Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
