Marketing Manager

The Role

We're looking for an Indonesia-based Marketing Manager to grow CTDI's presence in the Indonesian market — meeting and onboarding local agents, driving student enrolments through the agent network, and supporting university pathway partnerships. You'll be the on-ground face of CTDI in Indonesia, working closely with our Sydney-based team.

CTDI is Canterbury Education Group's (CEG) only fully online VET provider, and we're now expanding into Indonesia. CEG already has a strong and established presence in the country, with a large number of active and in-pipeline Indonesian students across its providers such as Canterbury Technical Institute (CTI) and Canterbury Institute of Management (CIOM) — and we're now bringing an online VET pathway to Indonesia for the first time.

• Key Responsibilities
• Meet and onboard education agents across Indonesia; build and manage those relationships
• Drive student enrolments through the agent network
• Promote, market, and grow CTDI's brand and presence in Indonesia
• Support and grow university/institution pathway partnerships locally and across the region, with a focus on Indonesia
• Assist active students with translation support in Bahasa Indonesia where required
• Report on agent performance, enrolments, and market feedback to the Sydney marketing team
• Ensure all local marketing and student-facing communication meets CTDI's compliance standards

Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
• Based in Indonesia, able to travel locally for agent/partner meetings
• 1-2 years' minimum experience in Australian education marketing, agent management, or international student recruitment
• Existing network of Indonesian education agents or institutions is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working independently and reporting into an offshore (Sydney) team

• A bonus of $50AUD per student enrolled — direct or via agent — uncapped
