Find Your Perfumery (FYP) is growing!
After establishing our presence in Pontianak since 2023, we're now expanding to Tangerang with a luxury futuristic perfume concept. We're looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to help us build one of Indonesia's leading fragrance brands.
- What You'll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Lead digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Plan product launches and brand campaigns
- Manage offline activations and events
- Analyze campaign performance and drive business growth
- Build and strengthen the FYP brand
- We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 2–3+ years of experience in Marketing
- Has experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
- Has experience in offline marketing & event activation
- Is creative, analytical, and results-driven
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG is a strong advantage
