Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Drive sales growth through e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, website, etc.).
- Optimize marketplace performance, SEO, and digital ads for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with designers, influencers, and sales teams for a strong brand presence.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovative marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 🔹 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in branding and marketing (having a background in social media or e-commerce is a plus)
- 🔹 Strong knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- 🔹 Experience in marketplace optimization and online sales strategies.
- 🔹 Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
- 🔹 Ready to lead a team of diverse role and background marketing specialists.
