About the role
Palapa Group is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across two inspection businesses, from cars to homes. You will turn ideas into strategy, strategy into execution, and execution into growth.
- Key responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy and weekly execution for both brands
- Manage content, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign performance
- Monitor leads, conversion, orders, CPL, and acquisition cost
- Lead the marketing/media team and improve admin follow-up
- Develop partnerships, affiliates, influencers, and other growth channels Drive reviews, brand trust, and overall marketing performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in service-based industries
- Strong in marketing funnel, content strategy, and lead conversion
- Experienced in Meta Ads, Google Ads, partnerships, and influencers
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on and fully committed
- Based in Greater Jakarta
