Responsibilities
- Re-engage former DSF customers by offering additional financing solutions.
- Re-assess the creditworthiness of prospective customers who have previously applied for financing with DSF.
- Follow up on customer databases provided by the Telemarketing team and conduct visits to existing customers for repeat-order opportunities.
- Monitor and maintain premature overdue (OD) accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Possess at least 1 year of work experience in a related field, especially as SLB Credit Marketing Officer from leasing company.
- Sociable and communicative.
- Strong commitment on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage (at least passive).
- Proficient in computer operation and MS Office.
- Willing to travel for business needs.
- Holds a valid Class A and C driver’s license and is capable of driving four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles.
- Willing to be assigned within Jakarta area.
