- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, events, or brand management (F&B experience is a plus)
- Handle all public relations, including partnerships with brands, communities, KOLs, and media
- Plan and execute offline events, pop-ups, collaborations, and brand activations
- Oversee marketing operations during offline events to ensure smooth execution
- Develop and execute Ruang Matcha's branding initiatives across all touchpoints
- Create and manage monthly content plans alongside the creative team
- Assist in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience running Meta Ads is a plus
