PT. Venturindo Jaya Batam is a company operating in the manufacturing sector, seeking a Marketing professional responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting business development through effective market analysis and coordination with internal teams.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Acquire new customers and expand market reach
• Manage existing customer accounts including project requirements and re-orders
• Conduct product presentations and handle negotiations with clients
• Prepare sales administration and performance reports
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and customer handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
