Marketing Staff

Timemoz is a time tracking and remote team management SaaS targeting agencies and remote teams in the UK, Australia, and Canada. We're a small, fast-moving team focused on building a product that helps managers run distributed teams better.

We're hiring a Marketing Associate to run our day-to-day marketing operations. You'll work directly with the founder and our sales executive across paid ads, content distribution, community engagement, and sales automation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who loves systems, AI tools, and getting things done.

Tanggung Jawab

Manage paid ad campaigns across relevant channels

Produce SEO articles using AI tools (briefs and direction provided), then distribute — share, promote, and build reach across communities and platforms

• Engage in Reddit and other relevant communities by commenting on articles and discussions where Timemoz adds value
• Work closely with our sales executive to support outreach to new clients and automate the process using AI and workflow tools
• Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and reports for all marketing activities
• Continuously find ways to use AI tools to make marketing work faster and more efficient

Kualifikasi

• Educational background and work experience in marketing (mandatory)
• Strong initiative and proactive problem solver
• Strong interest in using AI for marketing work
• Fast learner and adaptable to new software and systems
• Good English reading skills (manuals, documentation, software instructions)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data and administration tasks
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and documentation
• Willing to take a marketing skill test
