looking for a proactive and target-driven Marketing Stadd to promote and lease commercial spaces by identifying prospective tenants, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective tenants, respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and/or face-to-face meetings
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and agreements with prospective and existing tenants
- Prepare leasing documents (Letter of Offer (LOO), Lease Agreement (LA), Termination Notice, etc)
- Monitor lease expiry dates and follow up on lease renewals
- Achieve leasing targets and contribute to maximizing property occupancy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property leasing, sales, marketing, or commercial real estate. Experience in office buildings is preferred
- Well-groomed with strong professional etiquette
- Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and service oriented
