, where you will take strategic responsibility for building and maintaining strong tenant relationships whilst driving marketing campaigns that enhance our property portfolio's visibility and appeal. This role is central to our commercial property management operations, directly impacting tenant satisfaction, retention rates, and the overall success of our leasing objectives.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial properties, including digital campaigns, promotional materials, and market positioning initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

• Oversee tenant communication programmes, including newsletters, events, and announcements to foster community engagement
• Coordinate with leasing teams to support property viewings, tenant inquiries, and lease negotiation processes
• Manage tenant satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
• Create and execute tenant retention strategies aimed at maximising occupancy rates and lease renewals
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated messaging and brand consistency
• Lead and mentor team members within the marketing and tenant relations function
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial property management, marketing, or tenant relations within the real estate sector
• Strong experience in tenant relationship management and customer service excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics software
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Knowledge of the Jakarta commercial property market and industry trends
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal)
• Preferred: Experience with property management software and tenant engagement platforms
