Material Planner

Tanggung Jawab

• Run Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for raw and packaging materials to ensure material availability for production.
• Monitor material ordering and delivery from suppliers to manufacturing plants or third-party manufacturers (maklon).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, and FG Supply Planner to ensure timely material supply.
• Identify potential supply risks, including material shortages, delivery delays, demand fluctuations, and capacity constraints.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize supply disruptions.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production requirements and business demand

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Material Planner or in a similar Supply Chain role.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), inventory management, lead time, and supply planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
