Educational Background and Major Requirements
(1) Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with relevant majors in logistics management, supply chain management, MEP engineering, or similar disciplines are preferred.
- Language Requirements
- (1) Good English reading and writing skills and fluent spoken English communication skills;
- (2) Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
- Supply Chain and Customs Clearance Competency Requirements
- (1) Familiar with Indonesian import/export administration procedures, customs clearance procedures, and relevant tariff policies;
- (2) Familiar with supply channels and supplier resources in Indonesia’s local construction materials market.
- Procurement and Materials Management Competency Requirements
(1) In strict accordance with Project Management Team requirements, be responsible for market enquiries and quotations for construction materials in Indonesia, supplier evaluation and selection, procurement execution, delivery inspection and acceptance, and inventory ledger management, ensuring timely supply and controlled quality of materials.
- Industry Experience Requirements
- (1) At least 3 years of relevant experience in materials management for construction projects in Indonesia;
- (2) Practical experience in local procurement and materials management for infrastructure construction projects is preferred.
- General Competency Requirements
- (1) Familiar with on-site materials warehousing management, stocktaking, and material loss control procedures;
- (2) Able to communicate and coordinate with local suppliers, customs authorities, logistics service providers, and other relevant parties;
- (3) Strong cost-control awareness, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills;
- (4) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
