MATH TUTOR
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mathematics or a related field.
- Fluent in basic spoken and written English.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Required skills: teaching skills, time management, and effective communication.
- Able to explain mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Enthusiastic about teaching children aged 4–15.
- Enjoys working with children and teenagers.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, neat, creative, hardworking, and tech-savvy.
- Willing to work onsite (West Surabaya).
Responsibilities
Teaches Mathematics to children aged 4–15.
Provides quality academic coaching in a small-group setting in accordance with Eye Level's philosophy, teaching methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.
- Explains mathematical concepts and problem-solving strategies in a clear and engaging manner.
- Communicates effectively and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Motivates and encourages students to build confidence and achieve their full potential in Mathematics.
- Assesses student performance and maintains individual progress reports.
- Promptly notifies the Center Coordinator of any issues or concerns.
