MCN Creator Manager Intern - Semarang

Tanggung Jawab

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators under MCN, ensure their performance and engagement remain high
• Monitoring performance tracking
• Manage daily operational needs of creator (answering inquiries, provide support, sharing updates, consultation)
• Provide regular feedback and insights to help creators optimize their content
• Track creator performance and keep update about creator performance on database

Kualifikasi

• Final-year students (no ongoing classes) or fresh graduates, any major
• Strong interest in social media, creator marketing, and TikTok trends
• Experience in MCN / KOL / Affiliate Marketing / Social Media is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work hybrid (Mon–Fri, 10:00–17:00 WIB)
• Available for a 3-6 months internship
