Mechanical Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the mechanical maintenance team to ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely, effectively, and according to schedule.

• Monitor maintenance activities and evaluate equipment performance, maintenance costs, downtime, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Plan, monitor, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production machinery and mechanical equipment.

Lead troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and replacement of mechanical components, including pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, compressors, valves, piping systems, and other production equipment.

• Ensure the availability of mechanical spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing, with experience in a supervisory or team-lead position preferred.

Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, machinery, rotating equipment, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, piping, valves, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Willing be placed in Banyuasin, South Sumatera
