Know how to perform medical, laboratory, or first aid tasks? Talk us through them step by step.
We are recruiting medical professionals, laboratory professionals, first aid professionals, and others with relevant experience for a flexible paid video recording project.
Using our app and a phone head mount, you will record first-person (POV) videos while demonstrating appropriate medical, lab, or first aid skills and talk through what you are doing step by step.
No patients, patient care, PII, PHI, medical records, or other HIPAA-protected information should be recorded.

Imagine you are teaching someone who cannot see what you are doing.
As you demonstrate a task, narrate the entire process. Tell us
What task you are performing
What tools, equipment, or materials you are using
What you are doing at each step
What you see, feel, hear, or notice
How you are positioning or handling equipment
What measurements or quantities you are using
Why you are performing a step a certain way
What safety precautions you are taking
What you are checking for
How you know when a step is completed correctly
What you are going to do next
For example
“I am holding the pipette vertically and pressing the plunger to the first stop. Next, I am lowering the tip into the liquid. I am slowly releasing the plunger to draw the liquid into the tip…”
You do not need to sound scripted or formal. Just talk naturally and continuously as you work.
🧪🩹 What Can You Demonstrate?
Depending on your experience, you may record yourself demonstrating tasks such as:
Pipetting and liquid handling
Preparing samples
Measuring and transferring liquids
Using common laboratory equipment
Setting up and organizing a lab workspace
Labeling and organizing training materials
Microscope setup and use
Basic laboratory procedures and techniques
Putting on and removing PPE
Handwashing and sanitation procedures
Preparing a first aid kit
Applying bandages and dressings to training mannequins or simulation materials

Wrapping and supporting simulated injuries
CPR or AED demonstrations using training equipment
Basic first aid demonstrations
Setting up medical or first aid equipment

Other appropriate medical, laboratory, or first aid skills that can be safely demonstrated without a patient
The goal is not simply to show us the task. We want you to talk us through the entire process step by step.
What You Need
✓ Medical, laboratory, first aid, or other relevant experience
✓ Comfortable talking continuously while you work
✓ Smartphone
✓ Phone head mount
✓ Approximately 10 hours available for the assignment
We provide training, detailed recording instructions, and sample videos showing exactly what we are looking for.
English narration is preferred.

**You must be 18 or older. Record demonstrations, simulations, training activities, or other activities you are authorized to record. Do not record patients, patient interactions, PII, PHI, medical records, computer screens containing sensitive information, confidential workplace information, or any HIPAA-protected information. Do not perform procedures on another person solely for the purpose of recording. Application does not guarantee selection. Compensation is based on approved qualifying videos and hours that meet assignment requirements.
