Our client is a China-based healthcare and medical travel services provider expanding its presence in Indonesia. The client connects Indonesian patients with complimentary second medical opinion consultations and medical travel programs to China, and is building a network of local healthcare and channel partners to support this expansion.
Role Summary
The Medical Partnership Representative is responsible for building and nurturing a network of referral channels — hospitals, clinics, practitioners, pharmacies, insurance brokers, and medical travel agencies — that can direct patients toward the client's second-opinion and medical travel programs. Strong interpersonal skills, an existing healthcare network, and consistent field presence in Jakarta are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain patient referral channels: public and private hospitals, independent medical practitioners, pharmacies, insurance brokers, and medical travel agencies.
Educate channel partners on the client's referral pathways (complimentary second medical opinion and medical travel-to-China programs) through informational briefings and small-group sessions.
Organize and participate in health talks and community outreach events to raise awareness of the referral pathway among healthcare providers and the public.
Maintain CRM records of channel visits and referral case progress through weekly self-entry; submit weekly activity reports including a day-by-day plan-versus-actual view.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fields such as pharmaceutical/medical liaison work, clinic patient coordination, health insurance services, or medical travel coordination.
Native Indonesian speaker with working proficiency in English (written and spoken), required for coordination and reporting with the China-based team.
Additional medical allowance on top of statutory BPJS coverage.
Working proficiency in English is required for reporting to the China-based team, alongside native-level Bahasa Indonesia for local partner engagement.
