- Search for leads and referrals
- Set appointments with prospective members daily
- Identify and recruit new member candidates
- Engage with and set programs for new members
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for members in the club
- About you
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the gym industry
- Ability to work towards targets
- Strong communication skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Strong and good flyering abilities
- Physical and mental fitness
- Good self-confidence
