About the role
MEP Specialist for Elper Development Bali, responsible for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design, coordination, and installation oversight on building projects.
- Key responsibilities
- MEP systems design and coordination
- HVAC, electrical, and plumbing layout
- Site supervision of MEP installations
- Coordination with architects and structural engineers
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations
- About you
- SKK Construction certificate Level 7 (Ahli Muda) minimum required
- S1 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
- 3+ years experience in MEP systems design and installation for building projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and SNI standards for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Bilingual English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
